Florida Lottery Tampa District Sales Representative Kimberly Singletary congratulates Darshnu Patel, owner of Del’s Go Shop, for selling the $7 million FLORIDA LOTTO™ jackpot-winning ticket.

Darshnu Patel, owner of Del's Go Shop, celebrated the 10th Anniversary of the purchase of her store with a cake and a $20,000 bonus commission check from the Florida Lottery. Del's Go Shop received the commission for selling the $7 million FLORIDA LOTTO™ jackpot-winning ticket drawn on February 3.
Mrs. Patel, a mother of two, said she planned to use the money to help her family. She also mentioned that the Lottery might soon be helping her family in another way. One of her sons is a junior in high school and is looking forward to qualifying for a Bright Futures scholarship.
Del's Go Shop is a high-volume Lottery store, due largely in part to Mrs. Patel's ardent support of the Lottery. The store reflects an excellent use of Point-of-Sale (POS) materials, including a number of outdoor Lottery signs. The Lottery inventory at Del's Go Shop consistently reflects top-selling Scratch-Off games, which are prominently displayed. Lastly, Mrs. Patel showcases winning tickets sold in her store so her customers are well aware of the previous winners.
